Unelanuhi - May Sauce of the Month

Unelanuhi, the Cherokee Great Spirit and Sun Goddess, once used a strawberry to quell a fight between the first man and woman. The strawberry was considered to be so delicious and superior to other fruits that it ultimately resulted in the birth of all humans alive to this day. We like to think this sauce is as equally delectable to that first strawberry. Try it on salads, charcuterie boards, chicken & waffles, or in a spicy paloma or margarita.
