Thoth - Black Pepper & Ghost Pepper Mustard

Thoth, He Who is Like The Ibis, is a vital member of the Egyptian Pantheon. God of the moon, writing, science, and other intellectual pursuits, he is also the scribe of the gods and invented Egyptian Hieroglyphs. Taking inspiration from Thoth, this sauce is as much science as art, resulting in a crushable spicy mustard perfect for sausages, burgers, or deli sandwiches.
