Shinigami - Ginger, Pear, Thai Chili

Shinigami are Japanese kami, or spirits, that guide humans towards death - similar to the Grim Reaper. Unlike The Grim Reaper, this sauce guides you towards extreme flavor instead of death. With a distinctly Asian flavor, this sauce combines the flavors of pear, ginger, citrus, and spicy Thai chilis to add a wicked boost to lettuce wraps, dumplings, or any stir fry.
