Kukulkán Hot Sauce

Kukulkan, The Feathered Serpent, is the Mayan god of rain and wind, as well as storms and life. This sauce incorporates a myriad of fruits like tomatillos, three different chiles, lime, and cumin that exemplify his penchant for bringing life to both man and plant. Great smothered on chicken enchiladas, carnitas tacos, and breakfast potatoes.
